BUSINESS CONDITIONS
LEGISLATION:
The Internet pharmacy operates in compliance with the requirements of the „Law on Medicinal Drugs“ (number 79/1997 Code) and the „Directive on good pharmaceutical praxis “ (number 220/2006 Code, and 255/2003 Code). We also follow the applicable recommendations of the State Institute for the Drug Control (SÚKL) for the operation of Internet pharmacies and we are an approved Internet pharmacy, which you can find on the official list of SUKL
Our stone pharmacy, running this Internet pharmacy, is the holder of the Certificate of GOOD PHARMACEUTICAL PRAXIS and holds also certificates ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Before using the medicine, diet supplement, or other assortment ordered, read carefully the product information – the labelling.
In case of any uncertainty, please contact in writing or by phone, in working hours, the pharmacists of our pharmacy (ABOUT THE COMPANY) or your physician.
Information service can be provided also by our ON-LINE ADVISORY CENTRE, where you can find the range of elaborated professional issues and questions. Here, you can send your question to our pharmacists; we try hard to answer as soon as possible. The communication languages are Czech and English.
The Internet pharmacy is not responsible for damages cause by improper use of the goods ordered, when the customer didn’t acquaint himself with the product information, or didn’t consult the pharmacist of physician in case of uncertainties. We also reserve the possibility of a misprint in our Internet pharmacy.
GENERAL BUSINESS CONDITIONS:
The acceptance of the order in the system of the Internet pharmacy is binding for both parties. In isolated instances, the Internet pharmacy can ask the buyer (usually by phone) to authorize the order. If the buyer refuses to authorize the order, the order is deemed invalid.
The buyer is obliged to complete such true data, which enable issuing of the valid tax document and a warranty sheet, and enable faultless delivery of the consignment.
The Internet pharmacy declares, with reference to the Provision of the Art. 49 clause 3 of the „Law on Medicinal Drugs “ (number 79/1997 Code), that in some preparations, which are known that their active substances may serve as a initial resource for the production of intoxicating and psychotropic substances, has automatically restricted the maximum amount of the ordered number of packages within one purchase.
The Internet pharmacy reserves, in very exceptional cases, the right not to supply the product currently unavailable on the Czech market. In case the buyer had already paid for the product within the order, the product price will be fully returned and the buyer shall be notified.
WARRANTY
The warranty period starts on the day of the take-over of the goods.
The Internet pharmacy completes the warranty sheet before the dispatch of the consignment, if provided by the producer. In the warranty sheet, the Internet pharmacy enters the date of purchase of the goods as follows:
With the personal take-over, the date of the actual take-over in the pharmacy
When sent by a transport company, the date of the take-over will be the date of the expedition from the pharmacy
