Our internet shop is based on the intuitive sorting of products by therapeutical groups and clinical symptoms, which can ease your access to the specific product group
You can choose between two ways of product displaying – a list, or pictures:
You can change the currency, in which the goods and transport price is displayed, between the Czech crown and Euro until the end of the purchase.
You can search quickly with fulltext.
Advanced search will search by many selected criteria specifying singular goods: name, active substance, administration and indication form etc. Search by synonyms used for the specific preparation in other countries is granted.
At the product you have chosen, you will find the basic information; and, after a click, a detailed product information of the producer.
In case we assume some preparation may be combined with other medicines or supplements to increase the effects of treatment, to reduce the adverse effects or as a prevention, we’ll offer you automatically related goods under this preparation, in the YOU MIGHT BE INTERESTED section. Here, you will find also preparations from the same indication group, if the product chosen by you doesn’t satisfy you.
In case the preparation found is available on physician’s prescription only in the Czech Republic, you cannot include it into your order, but you can get it only upon presentation of the valid prescription directly in the chosen pharmacy. On dispensation, we then guarantee the Internet price of the drug. For more information please refer to the section E-PRESCRIPTION: PAY LESS.
In case you have a voucher for a therapeutic or orthopaedic aid, we shall deliver this goods free at certain value of the order. Discreet packing and delivery of the consignment is granted, especially in case of incontinency aids. For more information please refer to the section

After completion of your purchase, finalize your order in the trolley and adjust the binding amount of items ordered.
Choose you way of payment: cash or by a credit card. We accept all common credit cards. Additionally, you can pay with Czech payment vouchers of SodexhoPASS and Accor Services. For more details see PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS.
Above standard, you have an option to choose a gift wrapping or even to let insert a greeting with your text and have it delivered to an address different from your one. In such a case, we send the tax invoice to the registered user by mail; the donee shall receive only your gift.
If you choose the free service of the discreet delivery, the parcel will be packed in a way that it isn’t obvious it is a medicinal product. We recommend to use this service in ordering the socially sensitive goods – e.g. incontinency aids.
Choose your way of the delivery of goods: by an express courier (only in Prague), by some transport company or personally in one of our pharmacies. The express courier is charged; the delivery by a transport company will be free form certain order value; and personal taking over is always free. To simplify repeated purchases and joining the bonus programme, we recommend to register you at the first visit. Then, your e-mail and a password shall serve as identification data. All personal data you enter shall be used in compliance with the standards stated in the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION section.
If you decide to reject the processing and keeping of your personal data, you have the possibility to perform the order without registration; your data will be used for the purposes of the specific order only and shall not be archived.
