PAYMENT OPTIONS

In our Internet pharmacy, you can recieve the goods and pay for it in several ways, which you select at finalizing your order. You can find the guide in the HOW TO SHOP section.

We accept bank transfer payments, cash, credit cards, PayPal and payment vouchers.

Bank transfer payments to a selected account of E-lékárny, a.s. The goods will be dispatched in the chosen way only after identification of the payment on the bank account. You will receive a list of possible bank accounts in the confirmation e-mail after you send your order. For international bank transfers use the IBAN code for an account number. It is possible to use one of the following bank accounts:

Cash payment for the goods is possible as collect on delivery in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany or at personal take-over in Prague in the selected PHARMACY OF OUR COMPANY.
Cash payment can be carried out with Czech crowns on delivery; at personal take-over, you can pay with Euro, too.

We accept the credit cards in-line through the 3D-Secure, the state-of-the-art global application of card associations, where you enter data from your credit card directly to your bank by means of encrypted HTTPS protocol. This method of payment is safe and naturally, none of our employees has an access to your card data or other personal data (PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION). Within 10 seconds, a message is displayed whether the payment was realized and the goods will be delivered.
NOTICE: It is necessary that your card has on-line payments enabled by the card issuer (bank), otherwise the transacion will fail. This service will be enabled by your bank on request, usually immediately and free of charge.
You can use your credit card on-line for the payment of the good delivered by any way: express delivery, delivery by mail or transport company, and also by personal take-over.
Customers from abroad can pay only by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. In the Slovak Republic cash on delivery is possible.

PayPal – use simplicity, security and comfort of the world on-line payment system by means of which it is possible to pay for goods delivered by all possible ways of delivery: express delivery,  delivery by post or by a transport company as well as for personal take-over.

Payment and gift vouchers of companies E-lékárny, SodexhoPASS (VitalPASS, FlexiPASS, Universal gift cheque), and  Accor Services (Compliments MEDICA, Compliments MULTI) are another way of payment for the goods ordered. We accept only Czech versions of these vouchers.
The payment voucher can be used for payments of the goods only at the personal take-over in the selected pharmacy of our Company, which you choose at the order finalizing.
Registered customers can charge their personal account by means of the payment voucher anytime and then choose any way of payment.
Additionally, the gift voucher of our Company, E-lékárny, may be normally ordered in the Internet shop and donate to someone as a gift.

WAYS OF GOODS DELIVERY & TRANSPORT PRICES

     PERSONAL TAKE-OVER IN OUR PHARMACIES IN PRAGUE

If you order your goods before 3 p.m. on working days, your order will be ready for the take-over in the selected pharmacy at 3 p.m. the next day at the latest. Orders realized after 3 p.m. will be ready for the take-over within 2 working days, usually sooner.  At personal take-over, always present yourself with the generated order number or best, if possible, with the printed confirmation e-mail.

     EXPRESS  DELIVERY IN PRAGUE 

With an order in working days from 7 a.m. till 2 p.m., the goods will be delivered to you within 6 hours from ordering. With an order from 2 p.m. till 7 a.m., the goods will be delivered to you the following working day before 12 a.m.
Please, state the Prague address, where you can certainly be reached, the best is your work address. The ZIP code must start with 1. In case the expressly ordered goods are not available in the amount required (e.g. an unusually big order of one type of goods), any available amount will be delivered expressly and the rest of the order will be delivered within 24 hours. The price of the second transport will be covered by us.Express delivery subject to charge (see. Pricelist of services).

   TRANSPORT COMPANY  IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC : PPL

With an order in working days by 11a.m., your order will be handed over to a transport company on the same day and will be delivered in the CR within 2 working days. Orders realized after 12 a.m. will be delivered within 3 working days. A transport company may also deliver the goods earlier.
Please state address including phone number, you can certainly be reached, the best is your work address. The personnel of the transport company will try 3 times to deliver the order to the place of destination, and, if possible, shall contact you by phone. In case you don’t take over the consignment, you can take it over personally in our pharmacy (ABOUT THE COMPANY).

  CZECH POST OFFICE  IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC : BUSINESS PARCEL

With an order in working days by 18:00, your order will be handed over to the Czech Post Office by the following working day. The Czech Post Office shall deliver it on your address within 2 working days.
In case you are not reached on the address you have mentioned, the consignment will be deposited with the catchment area post office, where you can pick it up within 7 days. You will be notified on it at the same time. If you don’t receive a notification from the post office and you received our e-mail about delivery, we recommend that you contact the catchment area post office, because the goods have been dispatched by us. In case you don’t take over the consignment, you can take it over personally in our pharmacy (ABOUT THE COMPANY).

In case you are not reached on the address you have mentioned, the consignment will be deposited with the catchment area post office, where you can pick it up within 7 days. You will be notified on it at the same time. If you don’t receive a notification from the post office and you received our e-mail about delivery, we recommend that you contact the catchment area post office, because the goods have been dispatched by us. If your national post office doesn’t reach you on the address mentioned, the consignment will be deposited with the catchment area post office, where you can pick it up. You will be notified on it at the same time.
