Personal data protection
We are aware of what the protection of your personal data mean for you. Therefore, in keeping and processing your personal data, we proceed strictly in compliance with valid legal provisions of the Czech Republic, namely, with the Law No. 101/2000 Code On personal data protection with its amendments, with the Law No. 127/2005 Code On electronic communications, and with relevant provisions of the Civil Code, as well as relevant standards of the European Union. We use the up-to-date technical means for the processing of your personal data, securing their maximum protection.
Upon entering your personal data at the user registration on the docsimon.cz server, you are granting your consent for the processing of such data in the extent necessary for the operation of the Internet pharmacy. We use your data for the securing of logistics of the goods ordered, for the direct communication with you, and, possibly, fro the sending of new information from our Internet pharmacy (an option at registration). Our Company does not disclose your personal data to third persons, except for the forwarding company chosen by you, which will supply you with the goods.
If you decide to reject the processing and keeping of your personal data, you have the possibility to perform the order without registration; your data will be used only for the purposes of the specific order and shall not be archived.
To simplify repeated purchases, we recommend to register you at the first visit. Then, your e-mail and a password shall serve as identification data. We recommend to use „powerful“ passwords, which cannot be easily derived and misused subsequently.
Of course, you have a possibility to edit and/or amend your own personal data anytime at your next login.
If you wish to withdraw your consent with the processing of your personal data, which means the complete deletion from the protected register, simply delete your data in the registration protocol after you have logged in by means of your e-mail and password.
